We are thrilled to invite our BCNC members to a delicious and immersive chocolate experience on Saturday, May 24th at 11:00 AM at CocoTutti in Brisbane! This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to taste, create, and take home your own handcrafted Belgian-style truffles, all while learning from some of the best in the chocolate world.
What's in Store?
π« Complimentary Chocolate Tasting β Sample a variety of fine chocolates, including mini bonbons with fruit, caramel, and ganache fillings.
π« Hands-on Truffle Making β Roll, dip, and decorate 24 handcrafted truffles, using premium Callebaut chocolate.
π« Take Home Your Creations β Package your delicious truffles in a beautiful ballotin box to enjoy later!
π« Special Guest Appearance β We are honored to have BCNC Member Richard Callebaut join us for a brief introduction, bringing exclusive Callebaut chocolate samples for us to taste!

Important Notes
Please let Dany (Dany@bcnc.com) know of any nut allergies or if you prefer chocolates without liqueurs (though most alcohol is burned off in the process).
Wear comfortable clothing and non-skid shoes (we'll be working in a professional chocolate kitchen).
We'll collectively choose 4 ganache flavors from a selection including blood orange, vanilla cream caramel, and 72% dark chocolate, everyone will be able to mix and match toppings to make their truffles unique! - Selection after registration.
This is an unmissable experience for any chocolate lover, and with Richard Callebaut's participation and the use of Callebaut chocolate, this event will truly be something special.
